for the use of the services and offers of Bali Hunter

1. Provider & Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all paid services, digital products, as well as mediation and rental offers provided via www.balihunter.com or directly by Bali Hunter.

2. Services Offered
Bali Hunter provides, among others, the following services:
Personal consultation calls (1:1)
Individual travel itineraries and documents (PDF)
WhatsApp support for booked services
Mediation of accommodations, drivers, transfers, and tours
Mediation of scooter rentals
Recommendations through affiliate links to third-party providers
Rental of our own vacation property (villa in Pejeng/Ubud)
The first consultation (approx. 15 minutes) is free of charge and non-binding.
3. Booking & Contract Conclusion
(1) Consultations & digital products
A paid contract is concluded once you select an offer, make payment, and we confirm the service. The service starts immediately after payment is received.
(2) Villa bookings
A villa booking via our website or directly by e-mail/WhatsApp becomes binding once payment is completed. For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Trip.com), their terms also apply.
(3) Mediated services (tours, scooters, transfers)
For mediated services, the contract is concluded directly between you and the respective provider. Bali Hunter acts solely as an intermediary and not as the provider of such services.
4. Payment & Processing
Payment options:
PayPal
Currenxie (bank transfer)
Platform-specific payment methods (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com)
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are not subject to VAT under Indonesian law.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Withdrawal
(1) Consultations & digital products
Cancellations after payment are excluded. However, appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
(2) Villa bookings
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
After that: 100% of the booking price is due
No-show: no entitlement to refund
(3) Mediated services
For cancellations of tours, scooter rentals, or transfers, the terms of the respective provider apply. Bali Hunter assumes no liability for cancellations, delays, or deficiencies in third-party services.
6. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal once payment is made, because:
services are individually tailored,
digital content is made available immediately, and
service performance begins before any withdrawal period could expire.
By booking, you expressly agree to this arrangement.
7. Use of the Villa & House Rules
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
No parties or events
No pets allowed
Smoking strictly prohibited inside the villa
Quiet hours: 21:00 – 06:00
Respect for neighbors is required
Cleaning at least once per week including linen change
Additional cleaning available on request for an extra fee
8. Liability & Responsibility
(1) Own services
Bali Hunter is liable only for its own contractual services.
We accept no liability for changes, cancellations, or events beyond our control (e.g. weather, flight delays, strikes).
Recommendations are made to the best of our knowledge but do not replace legal, medical, or insurance advice.
(2) Mediated services
For tours, transfers, or scooter rentals, responsibility lies with the respective third-party provider. Bali Hunter assumes no liability for the quality or execution of these services. Claims must be addressed directly to the provider.
(3) Villa & pool
Use of the pool is at your own risk.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
We assume no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages.
Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay.
9. Affiliate Links & Recommendations
Some content contains affiliate links (e.g. Roamatic, Trip.com).
If you book through such links, we may receive a commission – at no additional cost to you.
Use of these links is voluntary.
10. Privacy
Information on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Your data will be treated confidentially, used only within the scope of our services, and never sold to third parties.
11. Social Media
Bali Hunter is active on:

When visiting our profiles, the privacy policies of the respective platforms apply.
12. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analysis and optimization.
On your first visit you will be asked to consent.
Management is provided via the tool CookieYes.
13. Intellectual Property & Use of Digital Content
All digital products (e.g. itineraries, PDFs, checklists) are protected by copyright.
They may not be copied, shared, or made publicly available without written permission.
14. Jurisdiction & Final Provisions
Jurisdiction is – where legally permissible – Bali, Indonesia.
The law of the Republic of Indonesia applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence override this.
Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

If you book via these links, we may receive a commission – at no extra cost to you.

13. Data Processing for Villa Bookings
When booking our villa, we additionally store:
Name, address, contact details
Booking period & number of guests
Payment information
This data is required to process the rental.
It will only be shared with necessary service providers (e.g. cleaning staff).
14. Pool Use & Liability
Use of the pool is at your own risk.
Parents are obliged to supervise their children at all times.
We do not process health data in this context.
15. Tour Mediation
If you book or request tours through us, we may process:
First and last name
Travel period & tour requests
Phone number or accommodation details (if applicable)
This data will be shared with the respective provider to carry out the booking.
Execution is handled by third parties – their privacy policies apply.
16. Scooter & Transfer Mediation
If you request a scooter rental or transfer through us, we may transmit:
Name, period, pick-up location, accommodation details (if applicable)
to the respective local partner.
The service is carried out by third parties – we act solely as an intermediary.
